We are thrilled to announce that The Wessex Conference Centre team
now has an award-winner in our midst!
Our dedicated Wedding Coordinator, Anne McDonald, was nominated
for the very first 'Heart Employee of the Year Award' for her outstanding
contribution to customer service and the development of The Wessex Conference
Centre. On Friday night the Wessex team donned their glad-rags to support
Anne at the 2012 Winchester Business Excellence Awards, and we are delighted to
say she won!
This brand new accolade is sponsored by Heart Radio, and nominees had
to meet the following criteria to be considered:
“This award will be presented to an outstanding individual. It
will recognise the contributions that the person has made to the quality and
the advancement of the business or organisation that they work for.”
Anne has been an integral part of the Wessex team for 23 years and
has overseen the organisation of each wedding that has taken place here. Her
keen eye for detail and personal approach to the planning process is reflected
in the warm and inviting atmosphere she creates as each celebration. Anne is
extremely dedicated and always goes the extra mile and beyond to help clients
achieve the perfect wedding or celebration, and this is backed up by the number
of complimentary testimonials she receives.
